Privacy policy
What data Cisnetic receives, what it’s used for, and what you can ask about it.
What data Cisnetic collects
| Where we collect it | Data collected | Mechanism |
|---|---|---|
| The “Book the call” form | Required: the case you describe, which systems are involved, your name, and your email. Optional: company, phone or WhatsApp, and which time slots suit you | This site’s own form. The request is stored in Cloudflare KV and stays there. It doesn’t pass through any third-party booking page or any email delivery provider |
| Technical questionnaire in the proposal process | Answers about the project: systems involved, description of the problem, urgency, who decides; there’s no budget field | Google Forms |
| Direct email | Name, email, and whatever you choose to write | Standard email |
| Browsing the site | Usage measurement, aggregated or with cookies depending on your decision | See the cookie policy |
Cisnetic doesn’t collect sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, political affiliation, or others) at any of these points. Everything listed is professional contact information or technical project detail that you provide voluntarily.
What it’s used for
- Data from the call request form: to coordinate and confirm the meeting, and to arrive at that call knowing what it’s about. Nothing else. The case and the systems aren’t contact details: they’re the content of your inquiry, and they exist so we don’t ask you on the call what you’ve already answered. The time slots are used only to propose a time.
- Company and phone: they’re optional precisely because they aren’t needed to reply to you. If you leave a phone number, it’s used only if you asked us to contact you there.
- Questionnaire answers: to prepare the draft proposal, which is the specific purpose you provide them for.
- Direct email: to answer your inquiry.
Cisnetic doesn’t sell or transfer this data to third parties for commercial purposes, and doesn’t use it for any purpose other than those described above.
Who it’s shared with
Cisnetic doesn’t share data with third parties for those third parties’ own purposes, but it does use third-party tools to operate. Each one processes the data that corresponds to it, under its own privacy policy:
| Provider | What it processes |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare (Pages + KV) | Site hosting, aggregated traffic measurement, and storage of the contact form requests |
| Google (Forms) | Technical questionnaire answers |
| Google (Analytics) | Site usage measurement, only if you accept cookies |
How long it’s kept
- Contact form requests that don’t lead anywhere: 180 days. The limit is set on the storage itself, so the request deletes itself when the limit is reached. It doesn’t depend on anyone remembering to clean up.
- Other contacts that don’t lead to a commercial relationship: reviewed and purged every 6 to 12 months, removing those who didn’t reply or interact in that period.
- Data from those who do become clients: for the duration of the commercial relationship and, afterwards, for as long as applicable tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights over this data
You can ask at any time for:
- Access: to know what data of yours Cisnetic holds.
- Rectification: to correct an incorrect item.
- Deletion: to have your data erased.
These requests are handled by writing to [email protected].
Cookies and analytics
Cisnetic uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure, in aggregate and anonymously, how many people visit the site and which pages interest them. That tool uses no cookies and collects nothing that identifies a particular person: it measures every visitor equally, without asking for consent, because it doesn’t tell them apart.
Cisnetic also uses Google Analytics to understand site usage in more detail. That tool does install cookies that recognize repeat visits from the same person. You can accept or decline them from the notice shown on entry; declining doesn’t stop you from using the site normally. The cookie-by-cookie detail is in the cookie policy.
Security
Cisnetic takes reasonable measures to protect the data it receives (restricted access and recognized infrastructure providers), but, like any service on the internet, it can’t guarantee absolute security. If it detects a breach affecting personal data, it will notify the affected people within a reasonable period.
Applicable legal framework
This document is written with Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its implementing regulations, in effect since March 2025 (Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS) in mind. As Cisnetic also works with teams in the United States and Europe, additional regulations may apply; that assessment hasn’t been carried out yet.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the current version always appears at the bottom of this page.
When you submit the contact form, the version of this policy published at that moment is stored alongside your request. That way, if this page changes later, it remains possible to know exactly what it said on the day you wrote.
Effective October 1, 2026. If you find anything to correct, please write to us at [email protected].
