Services

The four stages of the service, with what each one includes and doesn’t include. That way you can see whether your case fits before asking us for a call. Pricing is set case by case.

Development

Scope

We work on existing Adobe Commerce stores (features, improvements, version upgrades) and build new ones from scratch.

Includes
  • UX/UI design.
  • On-page SEO.
Doesn’t include
  • Product photography and content.
  • Store copywriting.
Track record

Prior studio experience in Magento upgrades, including the Magento 1 to Magento 2 migration.

Integrations

Scope

Connecting Adobe Commerce to the external systems your operation runs on, by category: payment gateways, couriers and logistics, ERP, WMS, and marketing automation.

Adobe Commerce is where we have the most experience. If your integration doesn’t involve a store, describe your case and we’ll tell you plainly whether it’s a fit.

Includes
  • A marketplace connector or custom development, depending on what your case needs.
  • The exposed-database route when the ERP has no API.
  • Coordination with the external system’s vendor when the failure is on their side.
Doesn’t include
  • That vendor’s response time: we coordinate it, we don’t guarantee it.
  • Replacing the systems your operation already runs on: we integrate with them.
How we choose the path

We choose the path that keeps every change traceable, not the one that’s fastest to install.

Observability

Scope

Failed orders, ERP/WMS sync errors, payment gateway failures, stock/inventory desync.

Includes
  • A business dashboard built for your case, not a fixed template.
  • An alert when something fails, so you hear it from us first.
Doesn’t include
  • Fixing what we detect: that comes in through Development or Support, depending on the case.
  • A fixed response time: we flag it as soon as we detect it, and fixing it depends on how complex the case is.
Model

Hybrid: it can be hired on its own, or it comes included by default in every development project we build.

Support

Scope

Continuity after delivery, in whichever mode the contract defines. It isn’t a fixed rule per project.

Includes
  • Ongoing maintenance: patches, updates, and keeping everything running.
  • One-off reactive support: you report it, we resolve it.
Doesn’t include
  • Third-party systems we didn’t build, though we can coordinate with the vendor.
  • New features: that’s Development.
How it’s billed

As a block of prepaid hours, with no public pricing.
